Right of Withdrawal
Orders placed by business customers with Bullwell do not include a right of withdrawal once the order has been forwarded to the supplier. Before forwarding, it is possible to request order cancellation by contacting our customer service:

The cancellation request must be clearly communicated by email or letter. Cancellation will only be valid if the order has not already been processed or forwarded to the supplier.
Effects of Cancellation
If the order is cancelled before forwarding to the supplier, all payments received including any delivery costs will be refunded within fourteen days from acceptance of the cancellation request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without any additional fees.
Orders already shipped or forwarded to the supplier cannot be cancelled or returned.
Return of Goods
For products eligible for return (only if the order has not been forwarded), the goods must be returned as per the Bullwell Logistics email instructions.
Direct return costs are borne by the customer. Any loss of value of the products due to unnecessary handling will be charged to the customer.
Exceptions
The right of cancellation does not apply to:

Customized products or those clearly tailored to the customer’s requirements.

Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or have been inseparably mixed with other items.

Dangerous products or products subject to special transport regulations (e.g., batteries), for which the safety and packaging instructions must be followed.
